New journal tab! For writing down whats going on in my life.
These last few weeks have been busy. I've been helping with a few different cattle roundups and brandings, my first time helping out anywhere other than home. I'm not much help but they seem to be more of social events anyways.
I just bought myself a new saddle the other day, my friends have been letting me borrow a nice one so I found one fairly similar to it. A comfortable and solid ranch saddle. It's going to need a couple changed to it like the stirrups but overall I am very happy with it.
I've also just gone camping with Elijiah last weekend. We went up the river to a nice spot next to the water. Our first time camping without friends along, and the weather was great. We saw a lot of new wildlife which sparked making this journal. I'm going to start making 'field log' for everything I see out and about. For now, here's some pictures.

Unknown butterfly. There were lots of swallowtails however.
